Learn about the crossroads between architecture, engineering, and historic preservation through the lens of the landmarked Eglise de Notre Dame in Morningside Heights. This course provides a hands-on study of the architecture of Cross & Cross and the techniques of the R. Guastavino Company. Students will learn about the Church’s elegant design and visit the church to see the architecture and engineering first hand.
